Refund policy
Refund & Replacement Eligibility & Reimbursement
Requests for refund or replacement are accepted up to 3 days from date of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
A refund is provided as a credit toward a future purchase. When possible, a replacement will be sent with a future shipment; when not possible, a credit or refund will be issued, at our discretion.
Refund & Replacement Processing
To request a refund or replacement, please message us in the app or send an email to info@fabulousforfive.com with "Refund Request" or "Replacement Request" in the subject line, explaining the reason for the request, and include a photo of the item and invoice number. If there was damage or defect to the item when you received it, photograph the affected area. If necessary, we will reply with instructions for returning the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item, as well as whether your refund is approved.
We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item. We do not reimburse for trackable shipping or shipping insurance.
Refund Approval
If your request is approved, we will issue a credit to your account to use toward a future purchase from Fabulous Forever. The amount will include the full cost of the item plus tax, if applicable.
Refund Rejection
If your refund is rejected, you will be responsible for shipping costs for Fabulous Forever to mail the item back to you. Reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to:
• damage from wear-and-tear due to usage
• damage from discoloration or stains caused by liquids
• damage from cleaning products
• damage from odor, including tobacco
